About us

The Fife Health and Wellbeing Alliance (FHWA) is a partnership between Fife Council, NHS Fife and the voluntary sector in Fife. It is one of a number of Strategic Partnerships which contributes to Community Planning in Fife. Its role is to ensure a focus on improving health and wellbeing and reducing health inequalities across Fife.

The Alliance does not deliver services - it aims to influence strategic approaches and how organisations work. It produces frameworks to help organisations take account of health and wellbeing in their own strategies and delivery plans. Download the Alliance's remit and membership below.

The Alliance is supported by a number of Strategy Groups, who advise and take forward work in specific health areas. Contact details where appropriate are included in the Health and wellbeing topics pages.
